Some of our recent community events:

The first weekend of October saw thousands flocking to the town to run the notoriously hard & hilly half marathon. This fantastic event is always a great success and [comp] are very proud to be part of an event that helps put Basingstoke on the map.

[comp] encouraged the runners at the half way mark and showered them with plenty of water as they ploughed on up and over the hill!

Brackenwood were proud sponsors of the Family Business of the Year award 2017. As a family business ourselves we loved getting involved with likeminded businesses in Aldershot, Andover, Farnborough, Fleet, Hook, Northcamp, Romsey, Stockbridge, and Yately. The inspire awards is a fabulous way to celebrate the local community and businesses. In 2017 we proudly awarded the trophy to L. Hunt & Sons for their 5 generations of service to the haulage industry, a fantastic business and wonderful family.

Brackenwood are delighted to sponsor the family business of the year award, as a family run business ourselves; we understand the complexity of managing family relations and building a successful business. L Hunt & Sons is a truly inspiring business, the family values and ethos were very apparent in all rounds of the judging process. To be able to succeed through 5 generations is a credit to their family name and it is an honour for Brackenwood to present them the award.
